The Best One Yet (2017)
Hey guys! I've been super busy focusing on myself and my career so I am so sorry for the delay on new blogs. I will start back up this month, and will start with the beginning of the year. But I am going to give y'all a recap on last year, leading up to this year and my 2017 blog.
Rewind....
My blogs left off around the beginning of summer last year (2016). Truth is, I haven't blogged for many reasons. I had came home from New York, for good, and wanted to work more from home. I missed my friends and family. Since the beginning of last year I got out of a 6.5 year relationship, I signed with a modeling agency in NYC, I also signed with a commercial/TV/Film agent in Nyc, I walked in fashion week, enjoyed the city, gained 20 pounds, came home, dropped modeling agency and decided to enjoy life while changing my lifestyle. While New York City was fun, I missed Florida and the old me. I decided to change for the better. I worked out, changed my lifestyle and eating habits, spent more time with my family and friends, starting focusing on my acting career and started traveling back to Atlanta. After all, Atlanta is the new Hollywood. I decided I needed to change my mindset and get out of the norm for Hunter in order to move forward. Atlanta was a blessing in disguise. I reconnected with my best friend Adrienne, I met some incredible new people (including my boyfriend), I made new memories, tried new things, saw new places, signed with Click and JPervis, started a new career here in Atl, and even dropped that 20 pounds I gained. Needless to say I've been through hell and back and I have a bunch of exciting things to share with you all.
Stay tuned and keep up with me to see what all I get into this year! :)
XOXO

Rackin' in the new years with some of the best people I know. Here in the heart of ATL!! Gotta love Atl. I've never been one to do anything for New Years but this year I had some true friends who wanted to celebrate. I am so lucky and blessed to have these people in my life. 2017 is going to be amazing as long as I have them by my side.

Yes. The answer is YES! For all of those who are wondering yet too afraid to ask, I got a breast augmentation. AKA a boob job. Nothing too serious. Just went from a small A to a full B. It is something I have always wanted and with the help of my parents, who gave me their full support, I was fortunate to finally get the surgery done.
|
Welp, five days after my surgery I was back on set working!! It was tough, don't get me wrong. But nothing can hold me back from doing what I love.
Before my surgery, I had received news that I got picked to be Hailee Steinfeld's stand in for the filming duration of Pitch Perfect 3. I couldn't disappoint. I had my operation done on Tuesday, my mom drove me up Saturday and I started work that Monday! Pic from first day of filming with all of us. The OG full time stand ins! |
We spent probably 3 weeks of filming at different army bases. The number one duty for a stand in is color match. We need to wear similar color clothing to our actress for the DP to set up the lighting. Well, being at different army bases requires different shades of green..... And mini photo shoots in between shots or after lunch!
|
I will probably talk a lot about PP3 because it was three months of my life this year! And what a experience it was!
Here are a few pictures in general of some filming dates. Whether we were at the GA Aquarium, Summerhour, an army base or the studios; there is always room for pictures and good lighting for selfies ;) |
Here was the last couple days of production. Everyone became a family on this movie. There was ups and downs that's for sure, I mean 5 girls together everyday for three months.... bound to happen. But overall this was such an incredible experience. Getting to work with such talents people from beginning to end, getting to see all the process and progress, seeing every set... I can not wait to see the final product come together. I have learned so much and wanted to thank everyone in production, all the actors/actresses, all the stunt performers, stand ins, PAs, ADs, and of course Trish, the director.
Oh and big thanks to Rose Locke Casting for giving me this opportunity! |
This suit is from Forever21. It was a while ago and I can no longer find it on the website other wise I would link it. But their suits honestly are such am amazing fit. I always suggest going into the store and trying swim suits on only because each cut and material lays different on all different bodies. Oh and the bike is my cousins lol.
